Explosion Suppression Bottles

Applications
The explosion suppression bottles are monitored and activated by the control unit. By releasing a specially formulated suppression agent, the bottles mitigate the risk of catastrophic events, effectively neutralizing potential threats before they escalate.
The bottle features a painted steel body housing for the extinguishing powder (sodium bicarbonate), a gas generator, and one orifice.
The explosion suppression bottles can be mounted vertically or by means of a flange. They are available in two sizes: 10L/7kg capacity and 20L/14kg capacity.
Benefits:
- Bottles are not pressurized
- Safe handling with no risk of accidental activation
- Uses food-grade extinguishing powder, ensuring compatibility with food industry applications.
- Easy to assemble
The 'blow off cap' or the 'hygienic seal' ensures that no product can enter the bottle from the enclosure.

Multi Point Bottles
The MP is mounted on the installation with a bracket. The powder is injected into the installation through hoses (max. 4 hoses). The 'blow out rubber' ensures that no product can enter the bottle from the volume. Hoses are available in 3 different lengths: 1.2m / 1.5m / 2m.
Every hose of the MP must have the same length. If 90° or 45° bends are used, these must also be mounted on each hose!
