Detector PDP02
Applications
The Detector PDP02 consists of an Explosion Detection Module (EDM) and a Pressure Detection Sensor Head (PDP02-SH).
The PDP02 has 3 measurement capabilities:
1. Static pressure measurement:
The static pressure measurement compares the pressure in the installation with the pre-set value. This value can range from 25mBar to 1000mBar. If the pressure in the installation exceeds the pre-set pressure, the PDP will trigger and send an activation signal to the ZCN
2. Dynamic pressure measurement
The dynamic pressure measures a rise in pressure within a certain period. This value is expressed in Bar/s.
3. Optical measurement
By converting light signals into electrical voltage, this optical measurement can provide immediate alerts. The EDM can be triggered based on this voltage.
